Hey Adam,
It was a pleasure speaking with you!
I just want to reiterate everything that Scott and I understood from our call yesterday.
I understand that there’s been a lot of leadership issues, and it’s really been dragging the staff down. Since then, your team has taken a big hit on morale.
For the last 2 or 3 years you have been struggling as a staff, because you still don’t have a clear mandate or scope after losing the leadership of chief and council.
All this turmoil is causing funding issues and it’s been a struggle to make ends meet. Staff have got their defenses up, and everyone is scared to say something and get fired.
You’re looking for real results and not just a seminar that’s great for an hour and then you end up falling back into your old ways.
You want to bring the morale back up - so when the staff come in, they’re happy to come in!
Above all, you want your staff to be happy and healthy!
I know everything is time sensitive and I know it was last minute that I got that raw video to you. I took the liberty of editing it further this evening and so it’s no longer a raw edit but it’s pretty close to it – I didn’t take out spontaneous, raw spirit of Scott’s message.
It’s a bit lengthy, but considering how important this decision is for you and the importance what’s at stake for your team, I thought your colleagues would appreciate the opportunity to invest the extra time into fully investigating the heart and soul of Scott Gallagher and our methodology.
