Hi Phaedra,
Thank you for watching the videos above. Theses are the results we help departments and teams achieve.
I also wanted to add that the funding we raise through Team Building and Leadership Development training goes towards sponsoring addiction, bullying, and suicide prevention programs for First Nation youth and families. You can see clips from our work with youth HERE.
I would love to schedule a call with you to get your feedback!
Thank you,

"There was quite a bit of gossiping, complaining, and negative work relationships. We were trying to get everyone in the office to work a little better together. We get new staff coming in and after 2 weeks they start partying and we never get them back as a worker.
We had 16 people participate in Scott’s sessions. I brought Scott in for team building to get workers in the office to try to work together. We weren’t getting a lot of cooperation sometimes. After Scott left it seemed like there was more of a team. The gossiping stopped, and everyone was working better together. We were more accountable to the groups we belonged to. Some people also quit some unwanted habits they had. I think this would work well if we did this for the whole community. Our community is made of different groups… There’s First Nation, Metis, and other people working here as well. There are a lot of problems in the community and I think it would help for Scott to come. I’m hoping we could get him back for the whole community!" - Stephen Cuthbert Senior Adminstration Officer, Deninu K'ue First Nation, Northwest Territories |
"Scott is an outstanding coach mostly because he is a fantastic listener, and hears the truth and opportunity in every situation. He's fearless in expressing his opinions and very committed that everyone who works with him gets the results they are after... He's like a dog with a bone. Speaking from personal experience, once he sets his mind to his client achieving their goal,he won't let that client fail. He takes no prisoners!
He's a man of high integrity, great compassion and he's great fun to be around." - Al Magee, Producer/Creative Consultant for Trailer Park Boys, Little Mosque on the Prairie, Designer Guys |
"Our business quoted more than 2 million dollars in new business projects and realized an additional $500,000 in revenue in less than 90 days as a direct result of Scott's visit.
Even though we were a successful company, we wanted to make our company better – take it to the next level. We are on the right track with Scott’s program. I would recommend Scott Gallagher’s Management Consulting Services, in combination with the Team Leadership, to anybody." - Trevor Vey, Metis First Nation General Manager of Nelro Services Ltd. |
"Scott is one of the most passionate people I have ever met. But passion alone is not enough... he combines his deep knowledge, personal experience and commitment to ending unproductive habits of every kind."
- Jamie Broughton, author of The Emerging Leader: Identify, Ignite and Retain Your Company's Next Generation of Leaders |
"In the world of 'barriers to choosing powerfully', Scott leaves no stone unturned. In a straight-up, tell-it-like-it-really-is, on-the-court fashion, Scott's words are a direct reflection of who he is and what he stands for: Making a real and lasting difference for people to be free to fulfill on what they truly want in life."
- Glenn Estrabillo, Global Entrepreneur - ESPO Consulting Inc. on Scott's book "Power of Choice Leadership" |
"Inclusivity, generosity, acceptance and non-judgment characterize Scott Gallagher's approach...One does not have to agree with everything he states or advocates—indeed, he makes no demand that we do!—to recognize the value of his method, which is to empower (people), no matter what age, with the choice and possibility of transforming negative compulsions into positive commitments.”
- Dr. Gabor Mate author of Scattered Minds |
“Scott is revolutionizing how addictions and people with addictions are perceived and dealt with. Scott is courageous and willing to speak his mind on these issues. He is committed to a new future in this area, so that people are free, experience love and peace for themselves personally, and are then able to be fully active, engaged and contributing individuals, not stopped by unwanted habits. With Scott's support, people can know themselves and be known by others not by their destructive tendencies, but rather by their higher, truer selves.”
-Tallie Rabin, M.Ed., Founder of Peace by PEACE |
In a field where many are rehashing old ideas with little innovation, Scott Gallagher is encouraging us, with an unusual passion, to grow in our understanding and awareness of what motivates us to engage in unwanted behaviors or habits. He does so in a manner that empowers people and guides them to changing behaviors they really never believed they could."
-Dr. Lee Jampolsky, author of Healing the Addictive Personality |
